1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing epfbuddy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Services
EPF Buddy is a private consultancy firm. We provide expert guidance, documentation support, and advisory services related to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF).
Important Disclaimer: EPF Buddy is NOT a government agency and is NOT affiliated with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) or any government body. We do not guarantee outcomes as final approvals rest solely with the EPFO.
3. Consultation Fees
Our primary consultation fee starts at ₹999. This fee covers the initial review and expert roadmap for your case. Additional service fees may apply based on the complexity and scope of the work required (e.g., multiple UAN consolidations, employer disputes). All fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation. Providing forged or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
EPF Buddy shall not be liable for any delays caused by government processing times, technical issues on official portals, or employer non-cooperation. We provide "best-effort" advisory services based on current EPF rules and regulations.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
